- Steve Corino announced that Matt Hardy would be returning on June 23rd at the Baltimore TV tapings and would be getting a shot at the ROH World Title based off S.C.U.M's victory in the Elgin/Steen vs. SCUM tag match at "Border Wars 2013". In addition, Corino also challenged Match Maker Nigel McGuinness to find four of ROH's best to face four of Corino’s best and if S.C.U.M wins, Nigel is gone and Corino takes over as ROH's matchmaker BUT if Nigel’s team wins then S.C.U.M is no more.

7. Cedric Alexander, Caprice Coleman and Jay Lethal beat World Tag Team Champions reDRagon (Bobby Fish & Kyle O’Reilly) and World TV Champion Matt Taven when Alexander pinned O'Reilly

8. No DQ Match: Kevin Steen defeated Jimmy Jacobs; Originally Jacobs was disqualified for choking Steen with a chain but Kevin demanded that the match be restarted as No DQ which Nigel McGuinness, who called ringside, gave his OK. The match ended when Steen gave Jacobs a package piledriver onto a section of guardrail and he also gave Jacobs an F-Cinq on a chair after the end

9. World Title Match: Jay Briscoe defeated BJ Whitmer when BJ passed out in a Dragon Sleeper to retain
